Return window: 14 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Process: Contact support@nbuy.eu with your order number.
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Exclusions: Consumables and items with hygiene seals if opened, unless faulty.
Faulty items: We’ll repair/replace or refund according to EU consumer rules.
