Refund & Returns Policy
This policy applies to purchases made via nbuy.eu and is issued by NextGen Distribution EOOD (VAT BG208438860).1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us clearly by email at support@nbuy.eu. The customer must return the goods within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied. Refunds may be reduced if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.2. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If a product is defective, damaged, or not as described, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Where confirmed, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.3. Exclusions
- Products returned without original packaging may be subject to diminished value assessment.
- Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorised repair are not eligible for refund.
- Consumables, hygiene-sensitive goods, or sealed items opened after delivery may not be eligible for return unless defective.
4. Business Customers (B2B)
Business customers are not entitled to statutory consumer withdrawal rights. Returns from business customers are accepted only upon prior written agreement.5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
