Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of nbuy.eu and the purchase of products from
NextGen Distribution EOOD (VAT: BG208438860), registered in Sofia, Bulgaria.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
1. Contract Formation
An order placed through the website constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded only once payment is
confirmed and the order is accepted by us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraud, abuse of withdrawal rights, or force majeure events.
2. Pricing & VAT
All prices include VAT where applicable.
For business customers with a valid EU VAT number, VAT may be adjusted in accordance with applicable EU VAT rules.
Prices may change without notice prior to order confirmation.
3. B2C Consumer Rights
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer
protection law.
Refunds may be reduced if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature and functionality.
Consumers may refer disputes to an EU-certified alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. A list of authorised bodies is available at:

4. Business Customers (B2B)
Business customers are not entitled to statutory consumer withdrawal rights.
Unless expressly agreed in writing:
- No commercial warranty is provided.
- Liability is limited to the invoice value.
- Risk transfers upon handover to the carrier.
5. Shipping & Risk
For consumers, risk transfers upon physical receipt of goods. For business customers, risk transfers when goods are handed to the carrier.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item is confirmed defective or non-conforming.
7. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
This does not apply where mandatory law applies or in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are subject to the competent Bulgarian courts unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
9. Majeure Clause
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, governmental actions, customs delays, supply chain disruption, or transport interruptions.
