Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made via nbuy.eu and is issued by NextGen Distribution EOOD (VAT BG208438860).

1. Shipping Area

We deliver within the European Union and selected non-EU countries including Ukraine and Moldova. Delivery availability may change without notice.

2. Dispatch Time

Orders for in-stock products are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, dispatch times may be extended.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the EU is typically 2–7 business days depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Risk Transfer

For consumers (B2C), risk transfers when the customer or a person indicated by the customer takes physical possession of the goods. For business customers (B2B), risk transfers when the goods are handed over to the carrier.

5. Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect address details.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to absence, refusal, or incorrect information, additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.

7. Non-EU Shipments

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges may apply. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Shipping Damage

Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the parcel, shipping label, and product.
