Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy applies to products sold via nbuy.eu by NextGen Distribution EOOD (VAT BG208438860).
1. Consumer Warranty (B2C)
Consumers are entitled to statutory legal conformity rights in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.
Under EU law, consumers may request repair, replacement, or refund if a product is defective or not in conformity with the contract.
The legal warranty period is 2 years from delivery unless national law provides otherwise.
2. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware malfunction under normal use
- Non-conformity existing at the time of delivery
3. What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage, misuse, or improper installation
- Liquid damage or external impact
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Software issues not related to hardware defects
4. Business Customers (B2B)
Business customers are not entitled to statutory consumer warranty rights.
No commercial warranty is provided unless expressly agreed in writing prior to purchase.
5. Warranty Procedure
Customers must contact support@nbuy.eu before returning any product.
Proof of purchase and a description of the issue are required.
Where applicable, products may need to be inspected before a repair, replacement, or refund decision is made.
We reserve the right to verify product serial numbers and internal identifiers. Products with removed, altered, or mismatched serial numbers will not be accepted for warranty or return.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
